The DASHER project involved developing a range of kids’ footwear concepts based on the client’s design requirements, references, and creative direction.
The designs were developed for two age-based size groups: 2.5–5 years and 5–7 years, with attention to proportions, styling, colors, textures, and material detailing appropriate to each range.
Each concept was developed into detailed 2D footwear tech packs, covering key views including lateral, medial, top, front, rear, and outsole, with clearly defined colors, textures, materials, and design details.
The selected designs were further developed through 3D modeling and high-quality rendering, along with print-ready 3D files to support physical prototyping and further development.
The project demonstrates Swatcads’ capability to take footwear concepts from initial design direction through concept development, technical documentation, 3D modeling, visualization, and print-ready output.
