The NETCO ALFA-11 and ALFA-13 milk separator project involved transforming a physical dairy processing machine into complete digital engineering documentation through measurement based CAD development and reverse engineering workflows.
Working directly from real equipment, disassembled components, and factory measurements, the project began with detailed part analysis and rough technical sketches before progressing into structured 2D drafting and precision 3D CAD development.
The scope focused on creating accurate assembly structures, component relationships, manufacturing drawings, and realistic 3D visualizations that could support documentation, production, and future engineering workflows.
The final output included detailed 2D CAD drawings, complete 3D assemblies, and high quality render visualizations, demonstrating SwatCADs’ capability in converting existing physical products into production ready digital engineering assets through structured CAD and reverse engineering processes.
